Background & Personal Info I found my roots in Colorado in 1967 after meeting my Wife, AJ - who has worked with me for the past 8 years and constantly helps us to be better. I have lived in the Dillon-Keystone area now for over 30 years - that´s considered an old-timer here!

All work and no play makes Walt a boring Realtor...My wife and I on a recent Cruise
It was here that I found my "true" home. My Children, now 32 and 31, attended school here and were lucky enough to take advantage of our many recreational opportunities. To this day they both enjoy all that this area has to offer. Both of my children were ski racers for Copper Mountain Ski Resort and now enjoy skiing Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge ski areas. My daughter lives here in the mountains and my son and his family are frequent visitors from their home in Denver.
Our son has told us we can never leave Summit County. He wants his children to enjoy what he grew up loving. Of course, the grandchildren are learning to ski and love to come up to feed the chipmunks at Sapphire Point and when their mom and dad want to ski or play, Grams and Pops are only too willing to take charge of the grandchildren.

Ok, I know it is a cliche; Kids leave home and you start treating your dog like one of the kids!
