HomeOwners Association
The main duties of the Association will be to uphold the strong covenants that have been established and to develop a community spirit that has been the trademark of Soda Creek. The dues are $456 per year and include weekly trash pick up.
Design Review
The Architectural Design Guidelines have been established to protect the communitys interest. The guidelines provide that exterior colors and materials will be in compliance with a mountain theme. Design elements shall conform to the guidelines and will be governed by an Architectural Review Board. The minimum square footage of the home shall be 1750 square feet and shall be landscaped prior to final approval and certificate of occupancy.
