Open House I will conduct a Realtors only Open House to get local Brokers familiar with your home.
Local Advertising We will custom design brochures, and put them in a box with the sign and check regularly to be sure the box is full. Ads in Mountain Homes Illustrated and the Summit Daily News will run most weeks. Emails and faxes will be sent to all area Brokers.
Networking Many sales are the direct result my knowledge and networking with others. This includes social events, educational seminars, personal associates, office meetings, property tours and other activities.
