  • July 2006 number of transactions was down 4% compared to July 2006.  As of August 13, 2007, the MLS reported 849 active Residential and Vacant Land Listings compared to the 1316 on August 10, 2006.
  • The New Construction Average Single Family price in July was $956,917.
  • The Resale Average Single Family price in July was $693,239.
  • Breckenridge had 24% of the real estate monetary volume in July with 18% of the real estate transactions. Frisco had 16% of the real estate monetary volume with 15% of the real estate transactions and Keystone with 11% of the real estate monetary volume and 12% of the real estate transactions.
